traditional business models.Customers want to be able to save time and
money when purchasing online.They also expect similar levels of customer
service and the option to deal with a real person if a problem arises.The key is to build a website that
offers targeted, high quality content that users will return to view over and over.
To run an
e-business successfully there are many things which needs to be considered. So,
the following are the key factors for successful e-business:
1. Providing
less price for any products or services than the competitors and quality of
product also need to be considered.
2. Need to
use an attractive and user friendly website and quicker response to any query
from customers.
3. Time to
time considering discounts, providing coupon codes, and special promotions to
valued customer is very important.
4. Privacy
of customer’s personal and financial information needs to be maintained and a
secure and reliable system is required to complete any transaction online by
using appropriate software.
5. Categorizing
items on website and providing good search engine to find the thing what someone
is looking for is very important.
6. It is
important to quick process of taking order and delivering the item to the customer
as soon as possible.
7. If any
product is damaged in the delivery then it should be replaced to satisfy the
customer and also if any guarantee or warranty provided for any product then
its benefit should be applied to the customers as occurs.
8. Providing
a sense of community and socializing by adding chat rooms, consumer discussion
forum etc to the website.
9. Providing
contact details and the location of the store of the website business.
10. Consider the social, economic, geographical, political etc factor.
So, the above mentioned things are the main factors to consider to run a
business on internet successfully. Moreover, the world is competitive so, all
the time it needs to be monitored about new product and services. The cheapest
source to buy and sell products and also the government rules and regulation needs
to be complied with and the buying and selling of products and services from
overseas needs to comply with international law.
